Our fruit comply with the strictest food safety regulations from Europe, the United Kingdom, the Far East, and the Middle East. To guarantee food safety and quality, we undergo annual audits against the Global GAP and BRC standards. These standards specify the quality and safety specifications as determined by various international food safety institutions.
Holistic Farming
Farming in harmony with nature requires a holistic view of the ecology around us.
Even weeds can be beneficial and play an ecological role. Some weeds (legumes) bind nitrogen from the atmosphere, while others attract certain kinds of insects so that they don’t target the Blueberries. Other plants serve as the breeding ground for beneficial insects like Ladybugs, which help to clean the orchards of aphids. In the long run, these plants also help to build soil carbon and improve soil fertility.
Harvesting
Every Blueberry is handpicked to ensure that it is picked at optimal ripeness, giving our customers delicious Blueberries with a good shelf life.

Warehousing and Storage
Blueberries are packed and stored on our farm. This process is in line with the highest international standards. We use state-of-the-art technology, ensuring superb products to our clients.

Packaging
We use appropriate food-grade packaging to protect fragile fresh and frozen produce from damage caused by vibration, friction, and impact, increasing its longevity. Suppliers are carefully selected to comply with the highest food safety standards.

Transportation and Logistics
With an efficient and rapid logistics system in place to move our fruit, we ensure that our produce reaches its destination safely, within a few days of harvest.
